Linden Dales practices federal regulatory and administrative law with a focus on international economic law and government contracting. Linden’s practice also includes trade remedies, export and import regulation, economic sanctions and bid challenge litigation.

Linden frequently appears before the Canadian International Trade Tribunal in complex anti-dumping, countervailing duty and safeguard proceedings. He also provides strategic advice on the interpretation and application of regional and multilateral trade agreements, including the WTO agreements and NAFTA/CUSMA.

As part of his federal regulatory practice, Linden assists clients on matters relating to the development and implementation of government policy, particularly in the area of trade regulation.

Linden is recognized as one of Canada's leading international trade lawyers by Who's Who Legal (WWL) and Best Lawyers in Canada.

Prior to joining Conlin Bedard as a partner, Linden summered and completed his articles with the firm. While completing his law degree at the University of Ottawa, Linden served as Editor-in-Chief of the Ottawa Law Review.
