Senior Research Analyst


Manon Carpentier is a senior research analyst at Conlin Bedard. She assists our clients, Canadian producers participating in trade remedy investigations before the Canadian International Trade Tribunal and the Canada Border Services Agency, by providing guidance and advice in completing questionnaires, verifying questionnaire replies, and developing questionnaire templates to facilitate and expedite data collection, and validate data. Manon also works with clients in analyzing, compiling and synthesizing financial and commercial data.

Manon brings to Conlin Bedard 34 years of experience in anti-dumping, countervailing and safeguard cases. Prior to joining our firm, Manon worked in the Research Branch of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, as a senior research officer and then a research manager. She collected financial and commercial data from Canadian and foreign companies subject to trade remedy investigations and assessed the impact of imports on various key economic indicators of Canadian producers, including production, sales, prices, profits, employment and investments.
