
Courtney Aucoin
Associate
Courtney Aucoin joined Conlin Bedard as an associate in 2025. Her practice focuses on administrative and regulatory law, with a particular emphasis on international trade and procurement.
Courtney holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa’s French Common Law Program and a Master of Arts in International Affairs from Carleton University. During her studies, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Paterson Review of International Affairs, President of the International Law Students Association, and Vice President of Athletic Affairs with the Common Law Student Society. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brock University.
In 2024, Courtney received the Excellence Award from the Canadian Insider Risk Management Centre in recognition of her research on insider economic-based risks and threats to national security. Before joining Conlin Bedard, she completed her articles at a national law firm in Ottawa. Courtney is fluent in English and French.
