With numerous reported decisions before the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada, Devin has a demonstrated record of achieving precedent-setting and strategically significant results for clients.

Prior to joining Conlin Bedard, Devin was a partner at a leading intellectual property and trade law boutique, where he built a strong reputation representing clients in contentious proceedings before the Federal Courts and administrative tribunals.
Devin holds a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and an Honours degree in Commerce from the University of Ottawa. He began his career as the recipient of the prestigious Harold G. Fox Scholarship, through which he trained with leading barristers in London, England.
